Women's specific kickboxing fitness classes at the V1 FITNESS training centre in Limassol. Classes for women only are held 3 times per week, 7:30 p.m. Monday and Wednesday evening, Saturday morning 9 a.m.
Cardio kickboxing is great for the following:
